Jaguar, the biggest cat of America

The tour begins from: Cuiabá - Brasil.

Location: Mato Grosso - Brasil.

During a 9-day, 8-night journey, we will undertake one of the most dreamed-about expeditions to photograph the jaguar in the heart of the Pantanal. This trip has been specially designed for photographers eager to capture the majesty of the largest feline in America in its natural environment.

The adventure begins in Cuiabá (Várzea Grande), where we will arrive and stay at a comfortable hotel, enjoying dinner together as we review the trip ahead.

On the second day, at 7:00 am, we will depart on a private transfer in an air-conditioned van heading to the famous Transpantaneira (Porto Jofre). Traveling through stunning landscapes, this journey offers multiple opportunities to observe and photograph local biodiversity. Along the way, we will make several strategic stops to capture the scenery and wildlife, arriving around 2:00 pm at the Aguapé Boat Hotel (which will serve as our accommodation and cruise base for the next few days). There, we will enjoy lunch and check in. The evening will conclude with a photography discussion and tailored tips to enhance your shots during the upcoming days, which will be filled with vibrant wildlife activity.

From days 3 to 7, nearly daily boat safaris (by boat for up to 10 people) and land excursions will allow us to explore the most remote corners in search of jaguars and other emblematic species of the Pantanal. These excursions will take place in a variety of habitats and at different times of the day, giving us the chance to capture the ecosystem's richness and diversity. The adventure will continue over several days, offering numerous opportunities to document the mammals, landscapes, and unique moments of this extraordinary ecosystem.

Day 8.  On the last day, we'll return to Cuiabá on a similar transfer, with plenty of stories and photographs to share. We'll also enjoy some time to rest before continuing our RETORNO to HOME.

Day 9.  Early return HOME.
